APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

You will receive a confirmation message through text or email 48 hours before your appointment and a reminder message 24 hours before your appointment. Please be sure to follow the confirmation instructions so that I know you will be making your appointment!

When you arrive at the studio, please send me a text from the car letting me know you are here and wait for the okay to come in, as we have to clean and disinfect the studio in between clients.

Please turn off or silence your cell phone before your appointment.

Beauty by Chelsea Dae LLC is by appointment only and a credit card is required to book an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. You will be asked to confirm your appointment 48 hours before your appointment. I ask for minimum 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of your service price as a cancellation fee. If after 15 minutes you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service price as a cancellation fee. By providing your credit card information, you give permission for Beauty by Chelsea Dae LLC to make charges to your credit card if any of the above occurs*. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for all new clients booking full set appointments.

*Please bring your preferred form of payment to your appointment. The credit card that you provide for cancellations will only be charged if any of the above occurs.
